On the surface, the world in the future seems at peace. However, a global “Shadow War” emerges in a dispute between private military corporations and you are dropped into the middle of it. There are three different factions to choose from: Raven, S.V.E.R., and Valor. The goal of the developer is to get players to truly feel pride to be a part of their selected faction, and hope to therefore encourage gamers to play often as the war progresses.

This is an online multiplayer game only, so do not expect much more on the side of story or background of the factions. However, this is the first game ever to feature 256-player online game mode that according to many Beta testers, is essentially lag-free. Players are split up into different branches: 8 man squads, platoons, and armies. The rumored idea is for players to be able to progress through rank as they gain experience points, and with rank comes responsibility. You may choose to be a Squad Leader, a Platoon Leader, or higher, but the amount of experience points your group earns is based off of decisions you make. So lead them well.
