Firefight and Multiplayer Overhead Maps


This guide features overhead views of all maps used in firefight and multiplayer. Feel free to save and print our maps to draw up your best strategies

Beachhead


Beachhead is a Firefight map in Halo: Reach. The level is set in a natural park in the metropolitan city of New Alexandria, on the planet Reach.



Boardwalk


Boardwalk is a multiplayer map in Halo: Reach. The map is set in an urban plaza in the city of New Alexandria, with many walkways, and is near a MagLev Train line.



Boneyard


Boneyard is a multiplayer map in Halo: Reach and was featured in the Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta. The map is set in the Aszod shipbreaking yards featured in the campaign level The Pillar of Autumn. It is a vehicular-based map and is one of the largest maps in any Halo game.



Corvette


Corvette is a Firefight map in Halo: Reach. It is set inside of a Covenant corvette over planet Reach and centered around a hangar bay in the ship. It is one of the smallest Firefight maps.



Countdown


Countdown is a multiplayer map in Halo: Reach. The map is set in the Sabre launch facility featured in the campaign level Long Night of Solace.



Courtyard


Courtyard is a Firefight map in Halo: Reach. Courtyard is set in an open courtyard and a loading area outside of Sword Base. It features ONI architecture similar to that inside the base.



Forge World


Forge World is a new multiplayer map in Halo: Reach, and is the largest map in the Halo series. Set on a Halo installation, Forge World allows for the most flexible Forge editing; allowing players to create entire maps, within the larger map itself.

The following map variants are built in map variants that come with Halo: Reach. These map variants were developed by Bungie using the Forge 2.0 toolset provided to the players in Halo: Reach in order to demonstrate Forge 2.0's increased user-friendly capabilities.

Glacier


Glacier is a Firefight map in Halo: Reach. The map is set in an underground cave featuring a Forerunner structure.



Holdout


Holdout is a Halo: Reach Firefight level.



Outpost


Outpost is a Halo: Reach Firefight level.



Overlook


Overlook is a Firefight map in Halo: Reach. It is based from the campaign level, Winter Contingency.



Powerhouse


Powerhouse is an asymmetrical multiplayer map appearing in Halo: Reach. It is set in a hydroelectric facility on planet Reach.



Reflection


Reflection is a multiplayer map in Halo: Reach, set in the Sinoviet HM Tower in New Alexandria. It is a direct remake of the popular Halo 2 map Ivory Tower



Spire


Spire is a multiplayer map in Halo: Reach. The map is set on a beach with rocky cover.



Swordbase


Sword Base is a multiplayer map in Halo: Reach. It was one of the four maps used in the Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta.

The map is described as "the stepson of Prisoner and Boarding Action". It is a small, asymmetrical slayer map with three gravity lifts and a series of bridges and walkways leading over a central atrium.




Waterfront


Waterfront is a Firefight map in Halo: Reach. It is set at night, in what appears to be a pumping station of some sort beside a body of water in a mountainous region of Reach.



Zealot


Zealot is a multiplayer map in Halo: Reach. It is set on the Covenant ship Ardent Prayer, a Corvette. It is made up of several levels, each easily accessible to the next through the use of ramps and gravity lifts. One section of the map, the third level which is separated by a shield that players can go through, but projectiles can not, is also exposed to the vacuum of space, in which sound effects are somewhat muffled. Since there is very little gravity in this area, players can jump farther than inside the ship.
