Not really huge on strategy games so I can't be of much help in that category.

Some fairly played PC games include: Minecraft, Dota 2, League of Legends, Team Fortress 2, Civilization V, and Counter Strike

Some of my personal favorites are: Minecraft, Dark Souls, Chivalry, Torchlight II, and Ys: Origin

Maf, are those games at Steam, they support brazilian currency (Real) and it makes things A LOT easier

All of the strategy/tactics games are on Steam, including the ones from Greenman Gaming (they are just Steam keys). MechWarrior is F2P and accepts PayPal, as does Greenman Gaming, if that helps.
