We can all aree this patch has stirred up battlefields some lovin' it some hating it but we can all agree that now the USAS isnt a tank, and thats good, what isnt good is he 'new USAS people have found this being the m26 dart! in my opinion this is more annoying than the USAS because its not even a primary weapon but can still beat me from a mile away. Dont belive me? i got shout out of the sky when i was parachuting of damavand peak a shotgun shouldent be able to do that! what made DICE buff this gadget?!

I've used the M26 Dart since before the patch even came out. I love having the main assault rifle but being able to switch to a shotgun in close quarters or emergency situations. I don't think they intentionally buffed it, I think It's more of a glitch when combined with the underslung rail and heavy barrel. Here is a video showing a bit in detail of what I'm talking about. It was brought to the BF3 PS3 platoon by DBMGamer0722

As you can see when using that combo its a 1 shot kill at ridiculous ranges. I was flying an attack chopper the other day and someone was shooting at me with this and was doing a hell of a lot of damage to my chopper, He probably could have taken me down with 5 or less on-target shots. I still use the M26 Dart but I do not use it with the underslung rail (I primarily run the KH2002 which doesn't even have one) But even when I switch up assault rifles I do not use the rail. I am not one to take advantage of an unintentional glitch, and it drives me crazy when others do. There is no stopping it until it is fixed so it sucks to say but just going to have to deal with it

The video says M26 Mass vs M26 Dart with Heavy Barrel. I would like to see M26 Dart vs M26 Dart with Heavy Barrel, and maybe M26 Mass vs M26 Dart w/o heavy barrel.

This was the video that confirmed this on the PC but since my group is on the PS3 I went on our private server with others to test it out... At 30 meters it can kill in 1 to 2 shots, beyond that its well glitchy. I was actually using this combo but never knew i could hit from so far. I don't know whitch one is better in the combo M26 MASS vs M26 Dart (flechette). Just remember if you do this you are exploiting a glitch.

Then I am a glitvh exploiting bastard!!!! I'm sorry it's just to much fun to use this and I've stayed away from things like the famas and usas with frags before the patch. But if DICE can't release a patch without screwing something else up then I no longer care. I promise you that you will too once you snipe a chopper pilot out while using this. I did it tonight and it was a wonderful feeling XD

G3A3 Underslung Rail Heavy Barrel M26-Dart + metro I shot through 3 people in 1 hit got a tripple kill. Was nice and for the lulz.

I use it. But then again, I didn't use the USAS+frag, so in my opinion, i get a freebie

I ran into this the other day and it sucked being on the receiving end of it. It did happen to be metro and was a bigger ticket count, and the guy using it was easily +100 kills. I got out sniped by this when using a sniper rifle (I was a bit laggy as well and losing other fights I shouldn't of). But it was pretty ridiculous when you get to see the guy for maybe a second and then you're on the ground dead again. With the Usas peeps you could at least counter them with or without using the usas. Now with this I think it's pretty much only using this back, which takes a little bit to unlock.
BTW the dart'n jerk was level 100.

K/d SPM boosting on metro is the new hotness for alot of kiddies. Its meh. Funny to use but for the most part I prefer to use the G3 by its self.

Hehe well, I got the funny feeling in my stomach before I got the message. Some of the kills I got were just ridiculous

Normally, a noob calling hate mail doesn't bother me, but this one in particular added to my feelings of guilt...

I'm intrigued by your method as a response to such a message, but for now, I'll putt the M26 dart on the shelf... I think..
