Not to add any undue burden to the already hardworking and knowledgeable staff (did I mention handsome too?) here at Battlestrats but after perusing the BC2 Squad Finder and reading some concerned posts by new members it seems as though some of the names on there may have become obsolete. I suspect that some of the original posters have moved on from playing BF BC2 and will no longer respond to Friend Requests. (blasphemy!!) As a die hard BC2 player, to put it lightly, I usually engage newer members to join our crew on Xbox live but some do slip through the cracks. I'm not sure of the best way to resolve any issues here but with any luck this thread may open up some options for better communication. What do you think?

Possibly add a regulars section to the squad finder if possible? For the members who play BC2 on a regular basis.

Alright, I think I have come up with a solution and at this very moment Bobi is working on implementing it. Hopefully it will be available by nights end.

Solution - We are killing the Squad Finder. You are absolutely correct that it is outdated. People change their GT's - people move on to new games etc.

We are going to implement Match Finder - Say you wish to play tomorrow night on Medal of Honor for the Xbox - Match finder will allow you to set up a playdate and enter what time - game - and any other notes for when you wish to play. Other users can comment and confirm their attendance etc.

This will make sure that the submissions are always up-to-date and also allows users to basically enter any game. Before we had to create a database for each individual game.
Thanks for the feedback and hopefully this helps resolve that issue. Let us know if there are tweaks you would like to see made

Finally got around today to adding a Block for Matches on the sidebar that is site wide. This will allow members to see the latest entries in the match finder and hopefully will make it more useful to the members.

You should see this in the side bar on the right side of the page.
