The last games I got were Spec Ops: The Line and Sleeping Dogs for PS3 and BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend for Vita. I can't recommend this service enough.

@  Dbl Incertion : (11 June 2013 - 12:03 PM) The only thrashing was sonys we stand for the right of used games etc. Sony's multi media was behind the curve, apps and exclusive and 1st party tittles weren't amazing games lagged and froze Sony is tight on cash and looking to rebound it wont make a lot of money off a $400 console they need to sell games. That's all we are looking at hence why were thinking the box might have more support and better networking/mutliplayer as well as other experiences beyond just hard core gaming due to the financial backing of Microsoft.

We might all end up Sonying it up! But at this time its Microsofts turn to address DRM,  Always On, Etc. clearly. Now that Sony has made its stand.

I was doing some online research into transferring some VHS recordings and came across the "Diamond Video Capture VC500". Its a video capture card that converts analog signal to digital through your computer's USB port. The manufacturer says it can convert any analog signal so I would assume it would work with gaming consoles. Best part is that its under $50. Anyone have any experience with this or similar products?

Yeah, it will be able to record from your television. I would get an HD one, because if you are making videos, some people instantly x out when they see staticy videos...

I agree with Strongbad. In the short run, the $50 may get you what you want, but long term spending that extra cash will save you the hassle of upgrading to a better quality product later. I recommend the Hauppauge 1212 HD PVR

This may help out anyone who records and plays on the PC, such as I.

I personally use the newest version of Fraps to record. It is pretty good, and barely drops down your FPS, which, if you have a good computer, shouldn't really matter. It's really simple to use. I think you can only record programs, but if you are playing flash games or java games on a web browser, it automatically finds it, and records only that, not the entire screen. To record anything that Fraps doesn't record, I recommend CAMStudio.

When editing my videos, I use Adobe After Effects, but for someone who just started making videos, use Windows Movie Maker. It will take a while to learn Adobe After Effects, so take your time with it. You can also use Sony Vegas Pro, but I tend to learn towards Adobe products more.

Hopefully this helps anyone...who records and plays on the PC xD
